Simple Pleasures!

An article I recently read painted a bleak picture of what our immediate future holds.  With a grim economic horizon looming, more people are forgoing the gourmet lattes, the fancy facials and movie theater experiences for a more cost effective lifestyle.  But being penny wise doesn't mean we have to neglect our need for a little pampering now and then!  We just need to be a little more creative!  With that in mind, Coffeebreak 101 will be focusing on ways to nurture the mind, body and spirit without breaking the bank.  It's amazing how freeing it can be to simplify ones life.  So let's 'clean house', metaphorically speaking, and share thoughts through our Coffee Talks and find new and fun ways to enjoys life's simple pleasures while keeping our wallets safely tucked away!
